DELIVERY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product. In case of in-accurate address provided by the customer or unavailability of person to accept delivery by the courier; no claims/refunds would be entertained.
Exchanges
We do not exchange items unless a wrong item is sent .
We have a NO refund policy, however* refunds can be made in exception. where in the product is out of stock and can't be fulfilled.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserves the right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock or declined payment.
